Principle of operation
In the digesting apparatus, the water sample is oxidized with a particular oxidant under the national standard potassium dichromate procedure. The absorbance of the solution after the reaction was detected by LED photoelectric system and the amount of chemical oxygen requirement was automatically converted according to the standard curve. The device can distinguish between high and low concentration reagents and measuring ranges, effectively reducing the interference of chloride ions, thereby assuring precise and reliable detection findings.
