The COD-401-1 portable digestion device is a water quality testing pre-treatment device. No external condensate water is needed for sealed micro reflux digesting. The tiny, portable gadget can digest and process 6 water samples at once and supports mains and vehicle power. Principle of operation

The equipment uses electric heating module, and the digestion tube is heated at a constant temperature, in conjunction with sealed micro reflux structure, so that the water sample and reagent can be fully oxidized and digested in the sealed tube. According to varied testing requirements, set corresponding temperature and length. Complete water sample preparation. Provide competent test samples for subsequent color comparison and reading. The equipment is fitted with a temperature sensor and alarm module, which monitors the heating status in real time and issues quick sound and light alerts in the case of overheating, guaranteeing experimental safety and data validity.

Equipped with an over temperature alarm mechanism, when the actual temperature exceeds the set value by more than 4 ℃, the equipment will continuously sound an alarm to remind the operator to stop the machine in a timely manner; At the same time, a protective cover is standard, and it is strictly prohibited to open the cover in high temperature conditions, ensuring both hardware and functional safety during operation.

It supports on-board power supply. A specific cigarette lighter extension cable is attached, and the vehicle’s cigarette lighter may be fired up right away. It can also be connected to a home power converter to be used in indoor and outdoor circumstances. When using on-board power source, it is recommended to keep the vehicle running, to avoid power loss.
