Featured Applications
- Swimming Pool/Hot Spring: Swimming Pool, Water Park, Hot Spring Water Residual Chlorine pH、 Real time monitoring of turbidity, in compliance with hygiene standards;
- Wastewater treatment: monitoring the treatment process and effluent quality of municipal and industrial wastewater to ensure compliance with discharge standards;
- Aquaculture: Monitoring of water quality in fish ponds and breeding bases, precise regulation of water quality environment, and ensuring the survival of aquaculture organisms;
- Industrial cooling: Monitoring the quality of industrial cooling water to prevent water deterioration from affecting equipment operation;

Daily maintenance and precautions
Installation environment requirements
- Installation in a dry indoor environment, avoiding direct sunlight, strong electromagnetic field interference, and contact with highly corrosive gases;
- The ambient temperature is maintained at 0-50 ℃, the relative humidity is 10-90% RH, and there is no risk of severe shaking or falling;
- Reserve operating space at the installation location for later equipment debugging, maintenance, and pipeline operations.
Key daily maintenance points
- Electrode maintenance: pH/ORP electrodes should be cleaned with distilled water after use and soaked in a 3.3Mol/L potassium chloride solution when idle; The residual chlorine electrode should avoid breaking through the chlorine membrane, and the membrane head should be cleaned in a timely manner to prevent scaling. When the electrolyte is missing, it should be replenished in a timely manner;
- Sensor calibration: It is recommended to calibrate pH/ORP every 1-3 months, turbidity every 3 months, clean every 6 months, and shorten the cycle appropriately in scenarios with poor water quality; All parameters support convenient on-site calibration and are easy to operate;
- Equipment cleaning: Regularly wipe the surface of the cabinet and touch screen to keep the equipment clean; Check whether the pipeline connection is firm, prevent water leakage, and keep the overflow and sewage outlet unobstructed;
- Wiring inspection: Regularly check whether the wiring terminals are dry and free of dirt. If there is dirt, wipe and dry it with anhydrous alcohol to avoid poor contact;
- Data management: Regularly export historical data for archiving to avoid data loss; Regularly check the remote transmission module to ensure smooth network connectivity and normal data upload.
