Daily maintenance and precautions
Installation environment requirements
- Wall mounted installation is limited to indoor dry environments, avoiding direct sunlight, strong electromagnetic field interference, and contact with highly corrosive gases;
- The ambient temperature is maintained at 0-50 ℃, the relative humidity is 10-90% RH, and there is no risk of severe shaking or falling in the installation location;
- Reserve sufficient operating space for later equipment debugging, pipeline maintenance, and instrument disassembly, and the installation height should be convenient for instrument operation.
Periodic calibration
Long term use of electrodes and sensors may cause drift, and regular calibration is required to ensure detection accuracy. After calibration, records should be kept, and the calibration cycle reference is:
- Normal working conditions: industrial wastewater, swimming pool water and other complex water quality scenarios, calibrated every 15-30 days; In stable water quality scenarios such as surface water and tap water, calibration should be conducted every 30-60 days;
- Sensor calibration: It is recommended to calibrate pH/ORP every 1-3 months, turbidity every 3 months, clean every 6 months, and shorten the cycle appropriately in scenarios with poor water quality; All parameters support convenient on-site calibration and are easy to operate;
- Calibration method: Each instrument supports single point calibration/two-point calibration. Follow the instrument operating instructions and use standard calibration solution to complete the calibration. The calibration solution must be within its validity period and prepared in accordance with specifications;
- Special circumstances: In case of equipment shutdown and restart, replacement of sensors/electrodes, or significant drift in detection data, immediate recalibration is required.
