DGB-401 is a very accurate portable multi parameter analyzer because it has advanced LED spectrophotometry and a 4-wavelength light source. It quickly finds total nitrogen, total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen, and COD. The instrument is easy to use because it has IP65 protection, can store data, and print. It is used to test industrial wastewater, surface water, groundwater, municipal sewage, and other types of water on-site and in the lab for environmental monitoring, pollutant discharge by companies, and emergency monitoring.

Installation

  • Put the light shield and colorimetric tube adapter in the right place and lock them in place.
  • Turn on the power and let it warm up for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
  • Choose the test item and set it to zero using clean water.
  • If you need very high accuracy, calibrate with standard solutions.

Maintenance

  • After using colorimetric tubes, clean them right away with deionized water and maintain them free of scratches.
  • To make sure everything works right, calibrate the tool on a regular basis.
  • Keep it in a cool, dry area away from direct sunshine and heat.
  • For long-term storage, charge the battery every three months.
  • Don’t take the instrument apart; call official service for help.

Technical Support

Check the battery level first, charge it with the standard charger for 15 minutes, and then try again; Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to restart. Avoid using in environments below 5 ℃ or above 35 ℃. If the device still cannot be turned on, please contact the official after-sales service and do not disassemble it yourself.

You can export data by connecting it to a computer via USB, or you can print it directly using an RS232 serial printer to meet the requirements for recording and reporting. Each parameter can hold up to 200 sets of data and makes it easy to read and delete.

When the instrument is being used for the first time, when the measurement parameters are being changed, or when the batches of reagents are being changed, it is recommended that the instrument be calibrated. Recalibration should be performed whenever there is a significant deviation in the measurements, when there are large changes in the temperature of the environment, or when high-precision and compliant testing is required.
