Automatic Potentiometric Titrator ZDJ-4A

The Sino Inst ZDJ-4A inexpensive automatic potentiometric titrator is designed to suit the needs of low-cost basic quantitative analysis. It has a mature microprocessor system, and is applicable to five kinds of titration studies, namely, acid-base, redox, chelation, precipitation and non-aqueous titration. It features many sophisticated titration modes and keeps 50 sets of GLP compliant testing data. It has an RS232 connection interface to connect to an external printer or computer for reading titration curves. The compact, low noise design is appropriate for routine sample content detection in factory laboratories, grassroots monitoring stations and training laboratories.

ZDJ-4A is an economical model that stores only 50 sets of data, with basic RS232 communication, suitable for budget limited, routine simple titration; ZDJ-4B high-end model, with 200 sets of data, USB+dual interfaces, and stronger online drawing function, suitable for third-party testing and high standard traceability scenarios for pharmaceutical companies.

The pipeline should be well washed after the experiment . The cleaning should be performed directly after the use of easily crystallisable chemicals like silver nitrate . When not in use the electrode should be stored in a protective solution . The instrument should be forwarded to the metrology institute for re-inspection once a year .

Supports single point and two-point calibration, two built-in standard buffer libraries (4.00/6.86/9.18pH, 3.78/7.00/0.01pH) The device can automatically recognise the buffer and can be manually set to nominal values to complete the calibration.
