Overview of titration detection

Titration analysis (volumetric analysis) is a classic quantitative detection method in the field of chemistry. It involves a quantitative chemical reaction between a standard titration reagent and the substance being tested, and the endpoint of the reaction is determined based on the potential change. The content of the target component in the sample is then calculated. Technical Support

ZDJ-4B is a high-end fully automatic potentiometric titrator that supports multiple methods of storage, complete data traceability, and precise endpoint recognition. It is suitable for third-party testing, research institutes, and high standard laboratories; ZDJ-4A economical model, automatic/manual dual mode, easy to operate and cost-effective, suitable for factory laboratories, grassroots monitoring stations, and teaching routine titration. ZD-1 portable digital titrator is selected for field sampling and emergency testing.

The endpoint derivative threshold is too high, reduce it to a sudden peak value of 50%~80%; 2. If the electrode selection is not suitable for the titration reaction, replace the corresponding electrode; 3. The concentration setting of titrant is wrong, please re-enter calibration value; 4. If the droplet is accelerating too fast at the terminus, slow down the small droplet acceleration.

1.Check the sealing ring and pipeline joints of the burette for ageing and looseness, and replace the sealing accessories; 2. The pipeline has a huge number of bubbles, which need to be sucked and flushed several times; 3. The liquid absorption end is not fully buried in the reagent liquid surface; 4. If the three-way valve is blocked, flush the pipeline with pure water or dismantle and clean the valve body.

The whole system can be compatible with four major titrations such as acid-base, redox, chelation and precipitation. It can detect the water quality, chemical and food routine indicators such as pH/acidity, total hardness, chloride ions, COD titration, salt content, metal ions, reagent concentration and raw material content.

There are bubbles in the titration pipeline and burette, do liquid flushing and exhaust; 2. Electrode ageing and pollution, soak in the relevant cleaning solution to activate; 3. The stirring speed is not adequate, too rapid will cause vortex, and too slow will cause uneven reaction; 4. Re-calibrate the standard solution if the titrant solution has been stored for a long time and degraded; 5. Cross contamination of the sample by rinsing each test electrode with pure water.
