Featured Applications
- Environmental monitoring: Online monitoring of surface water such as rivers, lakes, and reservoirs, as well as industrial wastewater discharge outlets for chemical and printing industries
- Aquaculture: precise control and monitoring of water quality in fish ponds/shrimp ponds/nursery workshops
- Industrial production: Monitoring of water used for industrial cooling/circulating water, food and beverage/electronic manufacturing production/pure water pretreatment
- Commercial and civilian use: Daily water quality monitoring of centralized water supply places such as swimming pools/hot springs, hotels/hospitals/schools, etc

Daily maintenance and precautions
Equipment overall inspection
- Daily check of stable device display parameters, no fault alarms, and normal sensor acquisition status;
- Check for loose wiring, no water leakage in the waterway (compatible with water sample circulation), and no abnormalities in the operation of relays and communication modules;
- Regularly clean the dust on the surface of the equipment, maintain good ventilation and heat dissipation, and avoid debris blocking the display screen.
Long term shutdown maintenance
- Disconnect the power supply, remove the sensor and thoroughly clean it, and properly seal it according to the storage requirements of each electrode;
- Drain any residual water samples from the equipment (if any), clean the body and wiring terminals, and place them in a dry and ventilated environment.
General calibration requirements
- Prepare the corresponding standard solution/calibration solution before calibration, prepare it according to requirements, and take appropriate protective measures;
- The sensor needs to be cleaned with distilled water in advance, wiped dry, and placed in a standard solution. Calibration can only be performed after the value stabilizes;
- Calibration should be carried out every 30-60 days under normal operating conditions. If the water quality is complex or the data drifts, calibration should be carried out immediately. After replacing the sensor, recalibration is necessary, and all calibration operations should be recorded.
