Daily maintenance and precautions
Key operating points
- Cleaning the measuring room: Turn off the power and remove the pump box → Remove the measuring room for cleaning → Reinstall the pipeline (without distortion) → Turn on the machine to flush and remove bubbles
- Replace the dosing pump box: power off and remove the old pump box → connect the reagent bottle/dosing plug to the new pump box → tighten the plug → start the machine and drain the foam
- Replacing reagents: Power off to replace reagent bottle → Tighten adapter → Power on to extract reagents, liquid level automatically resets
- Calibration: Record the values of the equipment sample → Synchronize manual laboratory testing → Calculate the calibration coefficient according to the formula and input it
- Battery replacement: Power off and remove control box → Replace CR2032 battery → Check wiring → Reinstall and verify power on
Maintenance precautions
- All operations must be powered off and goggles/gloves must be worn to prevent contact with reagents
- Do not forcefully squeeze during reinstallation to avoid damage to plugs and seals
- Reagents should be stored in a cool and dark place below 25 ℃, and H10030 and above should be temperature calibrated
- Only use original reagents/accessories, rinse and drain after maintenance before use
