F34-1020 is an industrial online fluoride ion electrode, based on ion selective potential method, accurately measuring 0.20-2000 ppm F ⁻. It adopts a fluorine single crystal membrane and solid electrolyte design, with pressure resistance and pollution resistance, suitable for 0-80 ℃ and 5.00-10.00 pH environment, and installed in 3/4 “NPT. Installation and Wiring
- Installation method: 3/4 “NPT thread installation is used, which can be matched with accessories such as flow slots and pipeline flanges to ensure that the electrode membrane is completely immersed in the tested solution;
- Wiring specifications: When stripping, the metal wire layer should be stripped off, and the conductive rubber on the outer layer of the transparent central axis should be removed. The temperature line (yellow/red) corresponds to the instrument TEMP ± terminal. The metal wire and the transparent central axis should be connected to the instrument signal terminal separately, and the wiring should be waterproofed;
- Installation precautions: Avoid collision between electrodes and hard objects to prevent damage to the fluorine single crystal film; Stay away from strong magnetic field interference to ensure stable measurement signals.
Maintenance, calibration
- Recommended calibration frequency: 1-2 times per week. Before calibration, clean the electrode with deionized water until the blank potential exceeds 200mV;
- Calibration method: Paired with corresponding equipment (RB-2084S), utilize two-point or multi-point calibration and reference fluoride ion solutions (1ppm, 100ppm) to cover the measurement range;
- Daily cleanup: As usual, rinse with tap water; If there are calcium deposits on the membrane, wash it in 5-10% hydrochloric acid for 10 minutes, rinse it, and soak it in 3M KCl for more than 10 minutes; clean oil stains with detergent;
- Special care: suede bathed in polishing powder can lightly polish tough stains that hydrochloric acid cannot remove. It is forbidden to scrape the film with harsh objects; Maintain in 3M KCl solution when not in use and avoid pure water for long periods.
