Unified design and universal operation
Appearance and installation
- The three electrode sizes are consistent (90mm × 190mm × 50mm), all using G3/4 “standard threads, and supporting both submerged and flow-through installation methods:
- Submerged installation: requires a dedicated bracket to be used, immersed in the water sample, avoiding bubble accumulation areas, and the sensor head should be at least 10cm away from the bottom of the container;
- Flow installation: It needs to be equipped with a PP-88 flow channel, and the inlet, overflow, and outlet should be connected with a 12mm inner diameter hose. The exhaust port should be opened before the first water inlet.

Calibration & Factory Reset
- Calibration Process:Use Modbus debugging software (like mbpoll.exe) to connect the electrode to a computer.Use Function Code 03 to read calibration addresses and Function Code 06/10 to modify calibration point values. Input the standard solution concentration, wait 10 seconds for stabilization, and save. Up to 10 calibration points are available for precise adjustment.
- Factory Reset: Use Function Code 06 to write “60” to Address 200. A “Response OK” pop-up indicates successful reset; re-calibrate if necessary.
Maintenance Guidelines
- Lens cleaning: Every 2-3 weeks is recommended. Start with clean water. Use a cleaning product and a delicate cloth to remove stubborn spots without scratching;
- Inspect daily: To prevent water infiltration and internal circuit breaking, check electrode housing and cables regularly;
- Prepare standard solution: TD-820/830 uses fumarate standard solution, TD-860 uses diatomaceous earth. Dilute and prepare using A=K * B/C.
