Technical Support

No need to manually turn it on, after inserting the matching E-201-W temperature electrode, the instrument will automatically recognize and activate the automatic compensation function, and directly output accurate data after temperature compensation during measurement. The temperature compensation range is consistent with the host, both ranging from 0-60 ℃, covering the requirements of the vast majority of conventional measurement scenarios.

Firstly, check if the battery is leaking or expired, and replace it with a new one; Remove the electrode and soak it in a specialized protective solution for 2-4 hours to activate (dry the electrode and soak it for 24 hours); Perform three-point calibration again with standard buffer solution to verify the accuracy of the instrument readings. After confirming that there are no issues, put it back into use.

When measuring strong acids and bases, it is necessary to shorten the electrode soaking time as much as possible (no more than 5 minutes), and immediately rinse with distilled water after measurement to avoid electrode corrosion; Viscous or particle containing samples need to be filtered briefly first to prevent clogging of the electrode liquid interface. It is recommended to use a dedicated corrosion-resistant electrode (such as E314) to extend the service life of the electrode.
