Installation and Maintenance Precautions
Installation Specifications
- You may connect straight to the device using 3/4NPT threads; no extra sheath is needed. You may use a stainless steel/PPS sheath for further protection.
- There shouldn’t be any intermediary wiring in the electrode wire. Instead, connect it directly to the main unit to make sure the signal stays strong.
Daily maintain
- Keep the sensitive membrane active by putting the electrodes in a 3.3mol/L KCl solution while you’re not using them.
- To keep impurities from compromising the accuracy of measurements, rinse the electrode surface with clean water on a frequent basis.
- You can use a standard buffer solution to recalibrate the electrodes if the measurement data drifts.
