Automatic cleaning function
The device is equipped with an automatic cleaning device consisting of a DC motor and a cleaning brush, which automatically cleans every 30 minutes by default. The cleaning brush rotates 3 times in both directions; It is advisable to have a close contact between the cleaning brush and the sensor measurement area to avoid scratching the sensor too close or affecting the cleaning effect too far away.

Installation requirements
Adopting pipeline installation, the installation thread is 1 “NPT (1-inch pipe thread), and the water flow direction should be perpendicular to the distance between the two electrodes to avoid installing the probe in a static process fluid. It is recommended to ensure that the fluid flow rate is consistent with the actual production process to prevent measurement errors; During installation, it is necessary to correctly install the two corrosion test electrodes and sealing rings into the sensor, and it is strictly prohibited for water to enter the aviation plug on the upper end of the sensor.
Communication and parameter settings
- The cable is a 4-core twisted pair shielded wire, with line sequence definitions: red – power+, black – ground, blue -485A, white -485B;
- The blue/white lines are communication lines, which are not led out by default. When cleaning parameters need to be modified, they can be peeled off by themselves and debugged through the 485 interface;
- Support for modifying device address, cleaning interval time (6-6000 minutes), cleaning speed (0-10 revolutions), and one click reset to restore default parameters.
Installation requirements
- The equipment is fixed by the upper 3/4 “NPT thread, and the sensor is installed on the periphery of the bracket with a clamp that is compatible with sensors ranging from 25 to 30;
- All wiring connections must be waterproofed, and user cables must have anti-corrosion capabilities to avoid long-term immersion/exposure that may cause malfunctions;
- Strictly check the wiring sequence before powering on to prevent equipment damage caused by wiring errors.
