The DSD-150W intelligent membrane dissolved oxygen digital sensor uses the polarographic detection method and has a membrane that lets oxygen through very well. This allows it to properly and constantly measure how much oxygen is dissolved in water. It can talk to other devices via the RS-485/Modbus RTU standard, which makes it useful for many organizations that need to keep an eye on water quality. It also responds quickly, is highly stable, and is easy to keep up with. In industrial water treatment, aquaculture, municipal water affairs, and other fields, it is a professional approach to locate oxygen in the water.

Why choose DSD-150W digital sensor?
- 3/4″ NPT interface, many ways to install it, and works with a variety of water treatment situations
- Low power use of less than 0.5W at DC24V, standard 10-meter cable with possibilities for customisation
- Two-point calibration, factory pre-calibration, and no need for periodic calibration unless the device is out of specification
- Withstands up to 0.2MPa of pressure, is sealed and moisture-proof, and works reliably in tough conditions.
Featured Applications
- Surface water monitoring: Continuous monitoring of multiple parameters in natural water bodies such as rivers, lakes, and reservoirs
- Municipal Water Affairs: Water Quality Monitoring of Various Process Sections in Waterworks and Urban Sewage Treatment Plants
- Industrial wastewater: Real time monitoring of wastewater quality in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food
- Industrial process: parameter control of industrial circulating water, boiler water, and process pure water

Daily maintenance and precautions
Calibration
Attention: The sensor has been calibrated before leaving the factory, and should not be calibrated arbitrarily unless it exceeds the measurement error.
Zero point calibration: Oxygen free water is required as the calibration solution for zero point calibration. First, clean the probe with clean water and let it dry; Insert the probe into the calibration solution and send the zero point calibration command after the value stabilizes. Attention: Before electrode calibration, please refer to the electrode manual to complete the polarization of the electrode, as well as the precautions for zero point and air calibration.
Slope correction: Slope correction is generally performed in air. The instrument will use the theoretical zero point as the reference, place the probe in the air, and send the slope correction command after the value stabilizes.
Maintenance and Care
Regularly clean the probe, avoid touching/puncturing the oxygen-permeable membrane, and do not wipe with filter paper
Keep the cable connector clean and dry to prevent moisture ingress and communication failures
The sensor is powered on for 0.5 hours to complete polarization, followed by calibration and measurement
When not in use for an extended period or during water outage, remove the probe, clean it thoroughly, and store it with a protective cap
Non-measurement errors exceeding the range should not be arbitrarily calibrated; strict calibration must follow the zero point + slope procedure
