Installation requirements
- 3/4 “G thread interface directly connects to pipelines/equipment, firmly installed to prevent loosening and leakage
- The probe is completely submerged in the water being measured, and it is recommended to install it in areas with gentle water flow, avoiding areas with dense bubbles and strong electromagnetic interference sources
- The probe should be at least 2cm away from the bottom of the container/pipeline to avoid impurities from adhering and affecting the detection. The wiring and power lines should be separated to reduce signal interference
- It is recommended to install aquaculture scenes in the middle and lower layers of water bodies to monitor the true dissolved oxygen status and avoid surface water interference

After the wiring is completed, it is necessary to carefully check to confirm that there is no reverse or virtual connection, in order to avoid damaging the sensor after power on; Keep the wiring connections dry to prevent moisture.
Maintenance and Care
Calibration Specification
- Support two-point/three-point calibration, pre-calibrated at the factory, no frequent calibration required unless the measurement error exceeds the range
- Rinse the probe with distilled water and dry the surface with filter paper before calibration; immerse the probe in standard conductivity buffer solution of corresponding concentration
- Stir the buffer solution gently to ensure uniformity, send the calibration command via Modbus/RTU after the measured value is completely stable (about 3 minutes)
- Rinse the probe with distilled water again after calibration, dry it and put it into use to ensure the calibration accuracy
Routine Maintenance
- Wipe the attachments on the probe surface with a soft damp cloth regularly (recommended every 30 days), and strictly prohibit scratching the stainless steel detection surface with hard objects
- For probe scaling, clean it with detergent or 0.5g/100ml dilute hydrochloric acid/nitric acid, then rinse it repeatedly with distilled water to avoid residual reagent impact
- Regularly check the tightness of the cable and connector, prevent water inflow and corrosion; replace the special cable in time if the cable is damaged, and do not splice it by yourself
- For long-term idle storage, take out the probe, clean it with distilled water, dry it and store it in a cool and dry place, and recheck the calibration accuracy before reuse
