Core common advantages
- Multiple constants and ranges: 0.01/0.1/1.0/10.0 electrode constants are optional, and they cover a wide range of 1-200000 μ S/cm, which is good for the whole concentration range of regular water treatment.
- Smart temperature compensation: NTC10K built-in, automatic compensation from 0 to 60 °C, offsets temperature interference, and makes sure that the measurement data is more stable.
- Industrial-grade communication: the RS485 (Modbus/RTU) standard protocol works perfectly with PLC/DCS/multi-parameter water quality monitoring instruments and is simple to set up.
- Standardized installation: a 3/4 “NPT universal interface, many ways to install it, and a tilt angle of at least 15 ° make it work with different types of pipelines in regular water treatment.
Featured Applications
- Routine water treatment (municipal tap water, swimming pool water, landscape water)
- Sewage pretreatment and up-to-standard effluent monitoring Industrial circulating water and low-concentration acid-base process water detection
- Environmental water quality monitoring and chemical reaction process medium testing
- Various industrial on-line conductivity detection of acid/alkali/salt solutions

Installation and wiring
Installation requirements
- 3/4″ NPT interface, support top insertion/flow-through/submersible/pipeline/side wall installation
- No inversion/horizontal installation, tilt at least 15°
- Install in calm water area, keep probe ≥2cm from the bottom, avoid bubble interference
- Clean probe with distilled water before installation, fix firmly to prevent loosening
Electrical wiring (four wire system, color coded)
- Red wire: 24VDC Power (+)
- Black wire: GND Power (-)
- White wire: RS-485A
- Blue wire: RS-485B
After the wiring is completed, it is necessary to carefully check to confirm that there is no reverse or virtual connection, in order to avoid damaging the sensor after power on; Keep the wiring connections dry to prevent moisture.
Maintenance and Care
- Daily cleaning: Clean the probe attachment every 30 days, gently wipe with a soft damp cloth, and prohibit scratching the stainless steel surface with hard objects; When scaling, it can be cleaned with detergent or 0.5g/100ml dilute hydrochloric acid/dilute nitric acid. After cleaning, rinse with distilled water
- Calibration specifications: Pre calibration has been completed at the factory, and it is not recommended to calibrate randomly if the measurement error exceeds the range; During calibration, use the corresponding range standard buffer solution, with the probe at a distance of ≥ 2cm from the bottom. After the value stabilizes (about 3 minutes), send the calibration command
- Recovery delay: After cleaning and reinstalling the probe, it may take several minutes to several hours for the data to recover to its initial accuracy, which is a normal phenomenon
- Idle disposal: When not in use for a long time, remove the probe, clean it with distilled water, wipe it dry, and store it properly to prevent scaling and corrosion of the detection surface
