Installation and operation points
- The host is mounted on the wall using M3 bolts, avoiding high temperatures, humidity, corrosive conditions, and direct sunlight. Waterproof sealing should be done before electrode placement. The base should be welded to the pipeline for plug-in installation and a flow cup for flow type.
- Specifications for wiring: Sensor red wire to V+, yellow to V-, blue to INA, green to INB; 4-20mRS485 communication A is connected to terminal A. T, and B is connected to terminal B. R; connect the AC220V power supply L terminal to the corresponding terminal, the N terminal to the neutral wire, and the PG terminal to ground.
- Method of operation: View real-time data of numerous settings on the LCD widescreen after booting; Standard solution calibration or on-site comparison can be used. Follow menu prompts to set relay trigger value and action mode to meet monitoring needs.
Daily maintenance and troubleshooting
- Thoughts on maintenance: To keep things clean, clear the input and exit pipes, as well as the electrode light window and flow cell. If the measurement mistake is big, you should calibrate quickly. Some connections keep interference from happening.
- RS485 connection doesn’t work? Check the wiring one more time, and make sure the power source works with the parameters for communication. When electrodes are dirty, they raise the turbidity level too much. If something leaks, check the waterproof seal and keep the water flow at the recommended level.
