Installation and operation points
- Installation requirements: A 138 × 138mm hole should be reserved for panel installation and secured with a fastener; Wall mounted installation is fixed to the wall with 4 M5 screws; The electrode needs to be paired with a bracket/flow cup, and the back end thread should be wrapped with waterproof tape. The cable extension should not exceed 30 meters.
- Wiring specifications: Red=24V+, Black=24V -, Green=485A, Yellow=485B; 4-20mA version adds purple/brown (+), white (-), be sure to turn off the power before wiring.
- Operation process: The default password is 0000, and the language, date, and backlight duration can be set through the panel buttons; The sensor supports 10 point calibration, digital filtering mode can be selected according to water quality fluctuations, and temperature compensation supports automatic (ATC) or manual (MTC) switching.
Daily maintenance and troubleshooting
- Thoughts on maintenance: To keep things clean, clear the input and exit pipes, as well as the electrode light window and flow cell. If the measurement mistake is big, you should calibrate quickly. Some connections keep interference from happening.
- RS485 connection doesn’t work? Check the wiring one more time, and make sure the power source works with the parameters for communication.
