Installation and operation points
- Installation requirements: The host should avoid direct sunlight and vibration and be located in an easy-to-operate and maintain location. Sensors should be installed away from bubble accumulation. Fix and seal the bracket for immersion. Base should be welded to pipeline for insertion installation, and cable extension should not exceed recommended distance.
- Specifications for wiring: The sensor’s blue wire is connected to IN1, the green wire to IN2, the yellow wire to V -, and the red wire to V+; the 4-20mA output I1+ is connected to the corresponding terminal, and I1- is connected to the common terminal; RS485 communication A is connected to terminal A, and B to terminal B; and the AC220V power supply L to the corresponding terminal, N to the neutral wire, ground the PG terminal, and turn o.
- Method of operation: Enter measurement mode to view real-time data after booting; calibration required sensor cleaning. Before calibration, stabilize the low point in a black container with distilled water for 15 minutes and the high point with a standard solution. Set language, unit, range, relay alarm value, and other parameters through the menu with a default password of 1001.
