20FD-XS Intelligent Flow Controller

The 20FD-XS intelligent flow controller is generally used in conjunction with flow controllers or flow meters. It provides power to analog and digital mass flow controllers, and handles flow setting (manual operation control), flow display, and other operations.

The 2.4-inch color screen clearly and intuitively displays key information such as flow value, flow unit, media type, setpoint, and valve status. It is easy to use, with options for embedded/desktop installation, and boasts a refined and aesthetically pleasing design.

Features

  • Provides operating power for mass flow controllers or flow meters, supplying 24V or ±15V power;
  • Manual operation for flow rate setting;
  • Gas flow rate display;
  • The flow display unit is compatible with all flow meters or flow controllers manufactured by our company and can be used directly;
  • Can be used with other models of mass flow controllers;

Setpoint flow rate can be configured via four methods: analog, digital, knob, and touch panel:

  1. Digital setting via RS485 interface using Modbus RTU protocol;
  2. Analog signal setting via 0~5V or 4~20mA;
  3. Setting via touch panel;
  4. Setting via rotary knob.
