Core Highlights
- Precise and stable sensing (56±mV standard slope at 25℃, 180mV blank potential) supports fluoride ion monitoring in complicated industrial effluent.
- Fluoride single crystal membrane + PTFE annular liquid connection successfully resists sediment adhesion and medium pressure, making it ideal for hard working settings.
- Rapid response (≤1min) at high fluoride ion concentration (≥20ppm F⁻) suits real-time monitoring needs for industrial online processes.
- Adaptable to 0-80℃ and 5.00-10.00pH temperatures, with changeable thermal resistor, compatible with many industrial monitoring meters.
- Easy Maintenance: Regular cleaning and calibration is simple, lowering operational costs through basic washing and soaking.
Featured Applications
- Semiconductor manufacturing: Fluoride ion emission monitoring of production wastewater, complying with electronic industry environmental regulations.
- Solar energy material manufacture: Keeping an eye on the fluoride level in the process liquid in real time and making the production process as efficient as possible.
- Metallurgical industry: Controlling the amount of fluoride ions in smelting wastewater to keep soil and water clean.
- Fluoride electroplating: controlling the amount of fluoride ions in the electroplating solution to make sure the coating is good and the process is stable.

Daily maintenance and precautions
Installation precautions
- After opening the box, check whether there is any mechanical damage to the electrode film cap and electrode body. Only after there is no damage can installation be carried out.
- Choose the matching electrode sleeve or cable head for installation. The connection between the electrode wire and the electrode is not waterproof and requires strict waterproof sealing treatment.
- When stripping the metal wire layer, it is necessary to remove the conductive black skin on the outer layer of the transparent central axis line; The cable extends to the host section, and no contacts are allowed in the middle except for a dedicated junction box.
Daily maintenance and calibration
- It is recommended to clean and maintain the electrodes 1-2 times a week and perform calibration. Before calibration, the electrodes should be washed with deionized water until the blank potential is greater than 200mV.
- Conventional cleaning mainly involves rinsing with tap water; When there are calcium deposits on the surface of the membrane, soak in 5-10% hydrochloric acid for 10 minutes to dissolve the deposits. After washing, soak in 3M KCl solution for more than 10 minutes.
- When oily substances adhere to the surface of the membrane, soak and clean it with detergent until clean, and then rinse thoroughly with tap water; Stubborn stains that cannot be removed by hydrochloric acid should be lightly polished with suede dipped in polishing powder. It is strictly prohibited to scrape the fluorine single crystal film with hard objects.
- When the electrode is not in use, it needs to be soaked in 3M KCl solution for maintenance. Do not soak it in pure water for a long time to prevent electrode failure.
