  1. After opening the packaging, check whether there is mechanical damage to the sensitive bulb and electrode body of the sensor.
  2. Remove the sensor protective cover and check if there are any bubbles in the sensitive bulb of the electrode. If so, gently shake the electrode in a vertical plane to remove the bubbles;
  3. Select the corresponding sensor sleeve or cable head for installation according to different sensors;
  4. The connection between the sensor wire and the electrode is not waterproof, please make sure to do a good job of waterproofing.

  • The outer layer of the transparent central axis is covered with a conductive rubber layer and a metal mesh layer. When stripping, first strip the metal mesh layer into the metal mesh as shown in the picture, and be sure to removal of conductive black skin on the transparent central axis;
  • The cable extends to the host without any contact points except for a dedicated junction box.

No, I will not. The anode can work in very hot conditions. Its glass coating can handle heat, and its solid electrolyte can handle 130 °C cleaning. Once it’s been sterilized, it goes back to a stable state right away, and it’s still correct even after being sterilized multiple times. For calibration, it can be cooled to room temperature. Its standard service life is more than a year, which is much longer than the service life of regular sensors.

Wash and absorb with distilled water as usual, soak and gently wipe with neutral sterile detergent for stubborn residues; Can be sterilized at high temperature or wiped with 75% alcohol (avoiding wiring), disinfected and rinsed with sterile distilled water, and finally soaked in sterile 3.3Mol/L KCL solution for storage.

The core advantage is anti pollution and anti poisoning, which can effectively isolate common pollutants such as proteins and organic compounds in the food and pharmaceutical industry, avoid reference sensor blockage and failure, control 24-hour data drift within ± 5mV, and meet the low maintenance requirements of high-purity production.

Pre soak at 0-30 ℃ for 2-3 minutes (slow response); 30-95 ℃ without pre soaking (stable for 1-2 seconds). Shorten the calibration cycle to 3-5 days at temperatures above 80 ℃ to avoid sudden temperature changes (such as direct entry into cold solution after sterilization at 130 ℃) that may cause glass film rupture.
