Technical Support

Cannot connect two measuring electrodes at the same time, the conductivity controller can only adapt to one conductive electrode for operation. It synchronously collects multiple parameter data such as conductivity and resistivity through the same electrode, without data conflicts and with stable measurement efficiency.

If the on-site temperature fluctuation is small and the temperature electrode can be used stably, choosing automatic compensation (PT1000 or NTC10K) is more worry free; If there is no temperature electrode, or if there is a large temperature change but the actual temperature can be accurately measured, manual input of temperature value compensation can also ensure accuracy.

When not in use, keep the sensitive part of the electrode moist and place it in a protective sleeve containing a special protective solution. Do not soak it in distilled water or dry it, otherwise it will affect the subsequent measurement accuracy and shorten the electrode life.
