Instructions for installing and using
A few quick steps for installation
- Putting the instrument together: it is set in the instrument cabinet or box, out of direct sunlight and water, and wired for power (but not turned on).
- Electrode installation: It lets you put electrodes in a number of different ways, such as the flange type, the three-way type, the immersion type (with bracket), and others, to make sure that the electrode touches the solution completely.
- Connecting the wires: Connect the electrode terminals one at a time, paying attention to the marks on the instrument and the color of each one. There are rules about how to connect the power and signal lines, and the ground wire needs to be properly grounded.
- Settings for power on: Plug in the power, go to the parameter menu, check the parameters based on the electrode constant and measurement range (which are specified at the factory), and then go to the measurement state after you’re done.
Safety precautions
- Only use the standard power adapter of the instrument to avoid equipment damage caused by voltage mismatch.
- The electrode plug should be kept dry and clean, avoiding contact with acid, alkali, and salt solutions to prevent short circuits or measurement errors.
- Prohibit the use of instruments in flammable and explosive environments to avoid liquid infiltration into the interior of the instrument and causing malfunctions.
- When the instrument is damaged or unable to measure normally, please do not disassemble it by yourself and contact after-sales maintenance in a timely manner.
