- Electrode installation: The electrode is fixed with PG13.5 threads, and when used with a flow channel, the inlet and outlet water pipelines must be unobstructed (compatible with 9.5mm pipes).Signal transmission requires special cables that cannot be replaced with ordinary wires.
- Wiring: To reduce interference from dosing and mixers, use a separate power source. When the instrument interface is hooked up to other devices, it needs to be protected by a relay that can handle current.
- For slope calibration, a steady water sample is injected for 15 minutes and modified according to laboratory results. Zero calibration requires pure water without chlorine.Electrodes must be cleaned and wiped dry before calibration to ensure membrane cleanliness.
- The default password is 0000. To prevent non-professionals from mistakenly operating important parameters, update the password after use.
Key daily maintenance points
- Instrument maintenance: Regularly clean the instrument casing to avoid contact with organic solvents such as toluene and xylene; Before long-term use, it is necessary to restore the factory settings and cut off the power, and store it properly.
