The DO-70 membrane dissolved oxygen meter measures fast on-site. The membrane measurement, DO-01 dissolved oxygen measuring rod, and anti-collision cover are used. Portability, usability, collision resistance, and membrane cover replacement are its key advantages.
The instrument can measure dissolved oxygen concentration (0.0-30.0mg/L) and temperature (-5.0-60.0 ℃) simultaneously, with automatic temperature and salinity compensation. Stored measurement data and simple calibration are available. It is used in aquaculture, water quality inspection, on-site emergency monitoring, and other fields to provide efficient and reliable dissolved oxygen data support for outdoor and mobile measurement in freshwater and seawater pipelines.

- Dissolved oxygen electrode:DO-01
Core Highlights
- Two parameters Synchronous measurement means measuring dissolved oxygen concentration and temperature at the same time. It also has an automatic temperature compensation function that makes the data more accurate by taking into account how temperature affects the results.
- Convenient membrane sleeve replacement: Adopting a replaceable membrane sleeve design and matching electrolyte kit, the replacement steps are simple and do not require professional tools. Maintenance can be completed on site.
- Multi scenario adaptation: equipped with 3/4 “standard thread, can be used for pipeline measurement; supports manual salinity compensation, adapts to different aquaculture water bodies such as fresh water and seawater, and is flexible in application.
- Practical data storage: Measurement data can be saved in milligrams per liter mode, supporting subsequent access and meeting on-site data recording and traceability needs.
Featured Applications
- Aquaculture: Monitoring the dissolved oxygen levels in fish, shrimp, crab, and other ponds on-site to quickly check if the water meets the norm, adjust the way oxygen is added, and make sure the aquaculture organisms can live.
- Water quality inspection: Mobile inspection of surface water, groundwater, small sewage tanks, etc., without complex setup, portable design suitable for rapid measurement at multiple locations.
- Pipeline measurement: With the help of 3/4 “standard threads, it can be installed on pipelines for continuous measurement, suitable for dissolved oxygen monitoring in water treatment, industrial pipelines and other scenarios.
- Emergency monitoring: Quick response measurement in case of water quality issues; easy to use and responsive; provide immediate data assistance for emergency response.

Daily maintenance and precautions
Installation and usage precautions
- Before measuring, calibrate the instrument in the air. Check for water droplets or mud on the platinum measuring rod top. After beginning and stabilizing, press and hold “Calibration/Return” for more than 1 second, confirm, and calibrate. Set the calibration value between 99.0% and 101.0%.
- Specifications for installation and measurement Fix pipelines with 3/4 “standard threads; when handheld measuring, place the measuring rod head at the depth of the water layer to be measured (avoid touching the pool bottom) and swing the rod back, forth, left, and right to ensure stable measurement values.
- Salinity compensation setup: Switch to P6.2 parameter in setting mode, press the up and down buttons to adjust to actual water salinity (0.0ppt for freshwater aquaculture), confirm and save, then return to measurement mode.
- The instrument is not waterproof, therefore keep the metal joints dry. After usage, wipe dry with a tissue, open the instrument box lid, and dry in a cool, aired place. The sponge inside the portable box absorbs shock during transport, so remove it after using.
- Battery maintenance: Check battery box for water penetration regularly. Remove and dry the battery quickly if water enters; use without removing the battery to prevent leaking and instrument damage.
Key daily maintenance points
- Taking care of the electrolyte and membrane sleeve: If it has been used for more than a year, is broken, spills most of the electrolyte, or gives you weird measurement results, you should get a new one right away. Before replacing, wash your hands, stay away from oil, and stay away from electrolyte bubbles.
- Electrode cleaning: Wash the measuring rod top regularly with pure water. You can scrape reaction deposits around the silver tube with a blade or scissors, but not the top. If there is dirt on the top, scrape it off with your fingernail, then polish it with sandpaper and wipe it with gauze until it is shining and spherical.
- Instrument maintenance: Keep LCD display panel out of direct sunlight to prevent aging; store above 0 ℃ to prevent electrolyte freezing and probe head damage.
- Data and Calibration: Regularly export backup data; After using the instrument for one year, it must be sent to the metrology department for retesting before it can continue to be used.
